We offer a range of social care assessments for adults, and we welcome applications from qualified, experienced Social Workers from anywhere within the UK.

We provide ongoing training and development opportunities to all of the Independent Social Workers on our team to ensure you can enhance your skills and develop your career.

Recruitment Criteria

To join our nationwide team, you must:

Be a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Be registered with Social Work England
Have a full enhanced DBS
Not have been adversely named in a court judgement

In addition, all applicants must:

Have strong analytical skills
Be able to work independently to tight deadlines and commit to the role on a long-term basis
Work in a courteous and positive manner with professionals and customers
Have excellent communication skills with great grammar and report writing
