As part of the Advanced Social Care Services Group, we are highly experienced in providing Independent Social Work Assessments for both children and adults. We work in partnership with our customers to deliver services that blend children and adult services and assessments.
We work with Local Authorities and Solicitors to deliver standard or bespoke assessments and reports, built around their unique requirements in a flexible and responsive way.
We can also deliver Continuing Healthcare Checklists following the principles of the “National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care” either where these arise through Needs Assessment work where agreed or through specific referral.
