We offer a range of social care assessments for adults, and we welcome applications from qualified, experienced Social Workers from anywhere within the UK.

Recruitment Criteria

To join our nationwide team, you must:

  • Be a qualified social worker with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Be registered with Social Work England
  • Have a full enhanced DBS
  • Not to have been adversely named in a Court Judgment

In addition, all applicants who wish to join our network of associates must:

  • Have strong analytical skills and experience in childcare and child protection
  • Be confident within the court arena with good court skills
  • Be able to work independently, to tight deadlines and commit to the role on a long-term basis
  • Work courteously and positively with professionals and service users
  • Have excellent communication, grammar and court reporting skills
  • Be solution focused with a “can do” attitude
